In an attempt to convince ourselves that "we can still travel", off we went. We stayed at Homewood Suites. This gave us the freedom of a small kitchenette and living room, separate from the bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for the three of us.
We traveled into Ogunquit for lunch, a walk on the Marginal Way, and cocktails. Amelia slept for most of the walk, but made sure to be awake for cocktails.
We walked down to the park in Portsmouth. Stopped for coffee at Breaking New Grounds (*mocha*), and had an early dinner at the Portsmouth Brewery. A trip to Portsmouth wouldn't be complete without a quick trip to Kittery.
